food options are limited, staff was ok-ok, bedsheets are white and all carry stains, cleaning of food happens in morning only for room service, staff sometimes sound rude, tea and coffee for some reason are only available in morning and evening, not after breakfast and not later at night.

The rooms were clean. And in between Mysore city and srirangapatnam.The breakfast was good.
Shower was broken.Staff did not provide an iron box which is usually the norm in other similar hotels.There is nothing called jaccuzi or steam room though they have advertised it as available.The pipes were leaky.The bed was not too spongy and not comfortable for sleep.

The receptionist/manager is very rude. No room service. Treated bad when we said we booked online. Even though breakfast is included in the cost he told the charges will be extra.
Location is good.. nearby to many tourist places
Very untidy.. room was not cleaned properly. Sheets were dusty. When I ordered tea they received the order and after 40 mins rejected to send it saying it's lunch time. Staff was not flexible in allocating the rooms. This is my second visit and I had rated this place high in my previous experience. But this time it was disappointing.
The hotel is located almost outside the city (15 km from station) with no connectivity with uber and ola. There is only one bus that operates which is not at all convinient. Also hotel doesnot provide any cab facility. There are no food restaurants nearby except the hotel restaurant. And swiggy is not deliverable at this place. If you are travelling without your vehicle, then this may not be a right place.
